BOOKING DEPOSIT RETAINER POLICIES: Any NO-CALL/NO-SHOW appointments forfeit their retainer and a 50% cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. All retainers are non-refundable. But if you reschedule before the 24 hour window, it is transferable (ONCE) to the new appointment scheduled. Rescheduling more than once will require a new deposit retainer be made. Rescheduling within the 24 hours of your appointment is considered a CANCELLATION and is subject to the cancellation policy/fee. DECLINED PAYMENTS/ UNPAID FEES: If the card on file is declined and the cancellation fees are not paid, an invoice will be sent to client. If the invoice goes unpaid past the due date, the client will be unable to book an appointment indefinitely. LATE POLICY: If you’re late more than 5 minutes, please communicate that. You will receive your service with whatever time we have left. We are not responsible, nor will a refund/discount be applied if a service is not finished/fully performed if you arrive late. If you’re late and we don’t have enough time to perform your service, you forfeit your retainer and a new retainer will need to be made to book a new apt. NO REFUND POLICY: I do not offer refunds. Communication is key. If there is an issue, concern, situation, etc please allow me the chance to address it and provide a solution that satisfies us both.
